Summary Main Characteristics Notes - Related Units
Connecting/remote-control cord between the Motor Drive 1 or 2 and the power unit.
Allows the photographer to carry the Control Grip 1 or 2, or the Ni-Cd Control Pack 1 or 2 in his pocket to reduce the weight and bulk of hand-held equipment, or to prevent battery degradation in extremely cold temperatures or to permit comfortable picture taking with a tripod.
Available in two lengths: 1.2m, intended for hand-held photography and 10m, intended for remote-control photography with a tripod.
Remote Terminal Sockets (A & B) on the Power Supply Plug accept leads from remote control apparatus for remote or simultaneous multiple motor drive photography.
DC Terminal Sockets (+ & -) on the Power Supply Plug accept leads from large potential DC power supply (12V~16V DC).
Power supplies - M. 18V Control Grip 1 or 2, M. 15V Ni-Cd Control Pack 1 or 2 and M. AC Control Box.
Relay Cord 10m is ideal for extended remote control operation of the Motor Drive. However, due to the greater resistance in the long cord, a voltage drop of approx. one volt may occur with direct DC power, resulting in a slightly slower filming rate. To obtain best results, the use of M. AC Control Box and standard AC current is recommended.
